1. Money Transfers to Syria
When you send money to Syria, If the recipient has not yet picked up the amount, the transfer can be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation. If you paid in a currency other than USD (e.g., CAD, EUR, GBP), and the exchange rate has changed between the time of payment and refund, the final refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower due to currency fluctuations. This difference is outside of our control and depends on your payment provider’s conversion policy.
2. Gift Delivery (Food, Flowers, Packages, etc.)
When you send gift to syria and your order has not yet entered the preparation or delivery stage, you are eligible for cancellation and a full refund. Once the order is in progress (e.g., purchased, customized, or out for delivery), cancellation is no longer possible.
3. Print-on-Demand Products (T-Shirts, Mugs, Personalized Gifts)
When you order a t-shirt or other POD product, they’re custom-made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed by the factory. Please double-check sizes, colors, and design choices before placing your order. Unless the item you received was not what you actually ordered in terms of size, color, t-shirt type, or design. If you receive the wrong item, we offer you a 30-day exchange guarantee in the form of an exchange for a voucher to be redeemed towards your next order. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returned by Customer – It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size if you choose to accept or offer size exchanges to your end customers.
