We get many questions regarding our service and products including send money to Syria or gift delivery. Here are some of these questions along with their answers.

What payment methods do we accept?

Credit Card

We accept the following methods of payment Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express): Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider.  This is our top used method for gift delivery service. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.

PayPal

The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Sooreety. After verifications have been completed by PayPal your order will then be processed.

Wise (Formerly TransferWise)

You can choose to pay using Wise, one of the most trusted international money transfer platforms. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive the necessary details to complete your payment via Wise. After the transaction is verified on our end, we will begin processing your order promptly.

Interac e-Transfer (Canada Only)

For customers in Canada, we accept Interac e-Transfer payments. Please select this option at checkout and follow the instructions provided. You’ll receive the email address and security question details needed to complete the transfer. Once your payment is received and confirmed, your order will be processed.

Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)

If you prefer a traditional bank transfer, we will give you our IBAN number. After placing your order, you’ll receive our bank account details to initiate the wire transfer. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your country and institution. Once the funds are received and verified, we will proceed with your order.

Cash Payment (Limited Availability)

In Missisauga, Ontario, cash payment is available. This is very popular method for sending money to Syria. This option is typically offered upon special arrangement or in person. Please contact our support team to confirm availability and instructions if you wish to pay in cash.

Syrian Vendors

Can I ship a vendor’s product anywhere in the world?

No, the vendor’s Syrian products online are only delivered to the locations listed on their page.

Who processes and deliver my order?

We notify the vendor once you place an order that contains one of their products, the vendor then is responsible to process and deliver your order.

Do you have a minimum orders policy?

No, we do not have a minimum order quantity. Your order can buy from 1 item to as much as you want.

Does Sooreety ship internationally?

Yes, we do provide a couple of international shipping methods to choose from.

How Do I wash my printed Garments?

In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below: Machine-wash, cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent, and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How much does delivery cost?

It is hard to give you an exact price as this entirely depends on your package weight, the country being shipped to, the courier that you choose, and the delivery speed that you choose; whether standard or express. Upon checkout, after choosing the terms of delivery that you want, it will state for you the total delivery cost of your package.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receive it, there are two processes to consider, Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will reprint it and resend it once the estimated time of delivery is exceeded at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Sooreety, would unfortunately not take responsibility.
